Associate Marriage and Family Therapist / Associate Clinical Social Worker
This is an exciting opportunity for the right associate offers clinical supervision mentoring surrounding the ins and outs of running a private practice, teamwork, self-discovery, and clinical growth.
Candidates must be comfortable delivering telehealth services from home and if local to Eureka, providing in-person sessions in our office.
Current positions available are hourly. Therapist is expected to keep a schedule of 10-20 client hours per week with marketing and referrals provided by the practice. Position requires at least one week of evening hours (done by 8:00 latest), otherwise scheduling is flexible and determined by you. This is a W2 position with the benefits & flexibility of being a part-time employee- potential to grow to full time. Humboldt Therapy is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do require our clinicians who are working with clients in person to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Associate positions $50 per clinical hour + paid admin time at $20 per hour, 401k plan with matching offered after probation period has concluded.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess and treat a full range of mental health issues in adults in a private practice, outpatient setting.

Interest in providing evidence based interventions (ACT, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, SE, etc)

Provide services within the highest standard of professional ethics and sensitivity to cultural and ethnic diversity. Must be LGBTQIA affirming, practice through the lens of Anti-Racism, and receptive to training and consultation in these areas.

Routine completion of required clinical documentation and scheduling of clients.

Regular weekly participation in supervision/consultation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s or degree;
-
Registered Clinician in the state of California: Registered Associate MFT or CSW
-
1+ years of direct client care

Adherence to standards of service operations, documentation, and confidentiality at all times;

Have excellent interpersonal skills and organizational/time management skills

Individual Malpractice/Liability Insurance (limits no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate)
Will provide you with: marketing costs, referrals, billing, electronic charting software, continuing education budget, trainings, etc. as well as insurance credentialing/contracting.
